對(duì)176名患者的757個(gè)動(dòng)脈段分別做了快速血管掃描(quickscan,QS)及血管造影兩項(xiàng)檢查。以QS系統(tǒng)血管相鄰兩點(diǎn)多普勒頻移的比率≥1:3作為判斷血管存在臨界狹窄(血管直徑減少50%以上)的閾值。結(jié)果:與血管造影結(jié)果相比,QS診斷血管臨界狹窄的敏感性、特異性和準(zhǔn)確性分別為88%、94%和92%;診斷血管閉塞的敏感性、特異性和準(zhǔn)確性分別為91%、95%和94%;QS發(fā)現(xiàn)血管的狹窄程度與踝肱指數(shù)呈明顯負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.77,P lt;0.01)。本組中37名患者根據(jù)QS檢查結(jié)果進(jìn)行了經(jīng)皮穿刺血管成型術(shù),術(shù)中證實(shí)病變的存在,效果令人滿意。由此表明,在周圍血管疾病的診斷中,QS可以作為迅速準(zhǔn)確、無(wú)創(chuàng)傷、費(fèi)用低廉的常規(guī)檢查手段,適合在我國(guó)推廣應(yīng)用。
