對176名患者的757個動脈段分別做了快速血管掃描(quickscan,QS)及血管造影兩項檢查。以QS系統(tǒng)血管相鄰兩點多普勒頻移的比率≥1:3作為判斷血管存在臨界狹窄(血管直徑減少50%以上)的閾值。結果:與血管造影結果相比,QS診斷血管臨界狹窄的敏感性、特異性和準確性分別為88%、94%和92%;診斷血管閉塞的敏感性、特異性和準確性分別為91%、95%和94%;QS發(fā)現(xiàn)血管的狹窄程度與踝肱指數(shù)呈明顯負相關(r=-0.77,P lt;0.01)。本組中37名患者根據(jù)QS檢查結果進行了經皮穿刺血管成型術,術中證實病變的存在,效果令人滿意。由此表明,在周圍血管疾病的診斷中,QS可以作為迅速準確、無創(chuàng)傷、費用低廉的常規(guī)檢查手段,適合在我國推廣應用。
