采用ABC免疫組織化學(xué)方法對(duì)41例胃癌組織,66例正常胃和良性病變胃組織內(nèi)癌胚抗原表達(dá)作了研究。結(jié)果顯示:胃癌組織內(nèi)癌胚抗原(CEA)的表達(dá)程度明顯強(qiáng)于正常胃和良性病變胃組織;前者CEA的分布形式多呈胞漿型和間質(zhì)型,而后者則呈腔緣型和膜型。同時(shí)表明組織內(nèi)CEA的分布形式與腫瘤細(xì)胞的生長(zhǎng)方式和浸潤(rùn)深度有關(guān)。作者認(rèn)為組織內(nèi)CEA的表達(dá)狀況與胃癌細(xì)胞生物學(xué)行為有關(guān),其在組織內(nèi)的分布形式較其含量更為重要,相同組織學(xué)類型CEA亦可有不同的分布形式。
