采用自制的簡(jiǎn)易狗自體肝移植模型，觀察肝動(dòng)脈缺血(HAI)對(duì)移植肝和膽管超微結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)：灌注后肝、膽細(xì)胞輕度水腫，線粒體基質(zhì)疏松，嵴較模糊；HAI3小時(shí)，肝、膽細(xì)胞水腫明顯加重，胞質(zhì)疏松，線粒體擴(kuò)大，嵴斷裂或消失，部分空泡變異出現(xiàn)絮狀電子致密斑，內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)明顯擴(kuò)張，核糖體解聚。表明HAI對(duì)供肝及膽管細(xì)胞有明顯損傷作用。提示肝臟移植后HAI是某些并發(fā)癥，特別是膽道并發(fā)癥的重要致病因素之一。
