對行高選擇性迷走神經(jīng)切斷加胃竇粘膜切除術(shù)后的6只犬胃進行大體和組織學(xué)觀察。結(jié)果顯示：術(shù)后4～6月，重建的胃竇愈合良好，胃無膨脹和潴留，胃竇肌層膽堿能神經(jīng)形態(tài)正常。胃粘膜無嚴(yán)重炎癥或萎縮，其營養(yǎng)狀態(tài)基本正常，胃運動功能接近原生理狀態(tài)。提示該手術(shù)不失為一較理想的治療十二指腸球部潰瘍的術(shù)式。
