應(yīng)用免疫組化方法檢測(cè)20例直腸癌患者癌組織及癌旁粘膜腫瘤相關(guān)抗原的表達(dá)以及癌旁粘膜粘液性質(zhì)的變化。結(jié)果顯示：T抗原在癌組織的表達(dá)明顯高于癌近側(cè)端10cm處粘膜的表達(dá)，但與癌遠(yuǎn)側(cè)端5cm處粘膜的T抗原表達(dá)則無(wú)明顯差異。在距直腸癌遠(yuǎn)端5cm及近端10cm處粘膜唾液酸粘蛋白反應(yīng)分別為45%(9/20)和20%(4/20)，癌旁遠(yuǎn)側(cè)端5cm處粘膜T抗原與唾液酸粘蛋白均呈陽(yáng)性反應(yīng)者為40%(8/20)，均呈陰性者為30%(6/20)，兩者之間差異顯著(Ｐ＜0.05)。但在癌旁近側(cè)端10cm處兩者之間則無(wú)顯著差異(Ｐ＞0.05)。由此表明，直腸癌旁粘膜腫瘤相關(guān)抗原的異常表達(dá)及其分泌的粘液性質(zhì)的改變可能揭示癌旁沾膜存在某種程度的惡性潛勢(shì)。
