采用放射免疫法測定51例胃癌、33例胃良性疾病及8例消化系其它惡性腫瘤患者手術(shù)前后胃液內(nèi)癌胚抗原含量。結(jié)果：胃癌組患者胃液內(nèi)癌胚抗原水平明顯高于其它兩組，本法對胃癌診斷的敏感性為68.6%，特異性為80.5%。作者認(rèn)為術(shù)前檢測有助于提高胃癌診斷的正確性，而術(shù)后檢測對曾行胃大部切除者已無臨床意義。
