采用國際統(tǒng)一胃癌新TNM分期法對1175例胃癌切除術(shù)病例進行了分期、隨訪和統(tǒng)計，并對新分期法判斷預(yù)后的價值進行了相應(yīng)的統(tǒng)計學檢驗。結(jié)果：Ⅰa、Ⅰb、Ⅱ、Ⅲa、Ⅲb和Ⅳ期的5年生存率分別為100%、84%、65%、43%、25%及13%，且同期內(nèi)務(wù)亞組間的生存率十分接近；對新分期法與預(yù)后的關(guān)系作相關(guān)與回歸分析，結(jié)果顯示相關(guān)系數(shù)r=-0.90(Ｐ＜0.005)，回歸系數(shù)b=-0.1345(Ｐ＜0.005)。由此表明，胃癌新TNM分期法與預(yù)后具有統(tǒng)計學的一致性，證實了新分期法的應(yīng)用合理性及反映預(yù)后的準確性。
