目的 了解支氣管哮喘(簡(jiǎn)稱哮喘)患者外周血胰島素與外周血淋巴細(xì)胞胰島素受體的情況。方法 哮喘患者40例,其中初診輕中度非激素治療組(簡(jiǎn)稱未治療組)20例,輕中度慢性持續(xù)期激素治療組20例(簡(jiǎn)稱治療組);健康對(duì)照20例。清晨空腹采血,測(cè)定外周血白細(xì)胞總數(shù)和分類(lèi)計(jì)數(shù);測(cè)定空腹血糖、胰島素、胰島素受體;進(jìn)行肺功能測(cè)定。結(jié)果 未治療組和治療組哮喘患者外周血中嗜酸粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)顯著高于對(duì)照組[(4.04±2.57)%和(4.24±2.34)%比(0.90±1.38)%,P lt;0.05]。未治療組哮喘患者胰島素、胰島素受體水平顯著高于對(duì)照組[胰島素:(13.00±5.20)mIU/L比(10.08±3.79)mIU/L;胰島素受體:(2.59±3.11)%比(0.99±0.62)%;P均 lt;0.05]。結(jié)論 哮喘患者在炎癥狀態(tài)下胰島素分泌增多,胰島素受體表達(dá)增加。
