目的 探討以胸痛為主要表現(xiàn)的支氣管哮喘（簡稱哮喘）的臨床特點(diǎn)與診斷要點(diǎn)。方法 在不明原因的胸痛患者當(dāng)中通過支氣管激發(fā)試驗(yàn)篩查哮喘患者，通過診斷性治療確立哮喘診斷，分析患者的臨床特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果 56例不明原因的胸痛患者中，經(jīng)支氣管激發(fā)試驗(yàn)、診斷性治療并排除其他疾病，20例診斷為支氣管哮喘。患者均以程度不等的胸痛為主要表現(xiàn)，17例（85％）同時(shí)有輕微的胸悶、氣緊和咳嗽等癥狀，11例胸痛發(fā)作的誘因與哮喘常見誘因相同。規(guī)范治療后所有患者胸痛癥狀均完全或部分緩解。結(jié)論 胸痛是哮喘的一種特殊臨床表現(xiàn)，以胸痛為主訴的哮喘在臨床上易被誤診，應(yīng)通過支氣管激發(fā)試驗(yàn)，結(jié)合治療反應(yīng)并排除其他疾病進(jìn)一步確診。
