目的 研究FasL基因轉(zhuǎn)染樹突狀細胞(DC)對屋塵螨致敏/激發(fā)小鼠氣道炎癥的影響。方法 將FasL基因轉(zhuǎn)染的DC和對照DC(未轉(zhuǎn)染DC)分別經(jīng)氣管注入屋塵螨致敏/激發(fā)小鼠體內(nèi),病理切片觀察小鼠肺部炎癥,取支氣管肺泡灌洗液(BALF),行BALF細胞總數(shù)及分類計數(shù),ELISA檢測BALF的白細胞介素-4(IL-4)、IL-5和g干擾素(IFN-g)水平。結(jié)果 FasL基因轉(zhuǎn)染的DC過繼處理屋塵螨致敏/激發(fā)小鼠,能顯著地減輕致敏/激發(fā)小鼠氣道變應性炎癥,減少BALF中細胞總數(shù)和嗜酸粒細胞比例,降低BALF中IL-4和IL-5的水平,增高IFN-?水平。結(jié)論 FasL基因轉(zhuǎn)染的DC過繼處理屋塵螨致敏/激發(fā)小鼠能抑制Th2細胞活化,抑制變應性氣道炎癥。
