肺泡蛋白沉積癥（PAP）是一種罕見的呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病，主要是由于肺泡腔中大量的嗜酸性富含脂質(zhì)和蛋白質(zhì)的物質(zhì)沉積[1]，可分為先天性、繼發(fā)性和獲得性三類。目前PAP最有效的治療是全肺灌洗[2]。多數(shù)文獻(xiàn)報道的是對初次診斷的PAP患者的全肺灌洗治療。2005年我們收治了1例PAP患者，經(jīng)全肺灌洗治療10個月后復(fù)診，根據(jù)其影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)再次進(jìn)行全肺灌洗治療，現(xiàn)報告如下。
