探討E-選擇素和巨噬細(xì)胞炎癥蛋白2（MIP-2）在慢性阻塞性肺疾?。–OPD）氣道炎癥中的作用。方法 24只健康雄性SD大鼠隨機(jī)分為COPD組和正常對(duì)照組，每組12只。COPD組大鼠采用單純煙熏法制備COPD模型。采用免疫組織化學(xué)方法檢測(cè)COPD組和對(duì)照組大鼠支氣管肺組織中E-選擇素的表達(dá)，ELISA方法檢測(cè)血清、支氣管肺泡灌洗液（BALF）、肺組織勻漿中MIP-2的含量。結(jié)果 所建大鼠模型的病理及肺功能測(cè)定基本符合人類COPD的特點(diǎn)。COPD組大鼠模型中E-選擇素在支氣管肺組織血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞的表達(dá)明顯高于對(duì)照組（P lt;0.05），與BALF中的中性粒細(xì)胞數(shù)呈正相關(guān)（r=0.809，P lt;0.01）；MIP-2在BALF及肺組織勻漿含量顯著高于對(duì)照組（P均 lt;0.05），且均與BALF中的中性粒細(xì)胞數(shù)呈正相關(guān)（r值分別為0.893和0.716，P值分別 lt;0.01和 lt;0.05）。結(jié)論 E-選擇素和MIP-2可能參與了COPD氣道炎癥過程。
