目的  探討尾加壓素Ⅱ（UⅡ）在哮喘發(fā)病中的意義。方法  采用放射免疫法測定哮喘患者在急性發(fā)作期和治療后緩解期誘導(dǎo)痰中UⅡ含量，并常規(guī)進(jìn)行肺功能檢測和誘導(dǎo)痰細(xì)胞計數(shù)分類。結(jié)果  26例哮喘患者在急性發(fā)作期和臨床緩解期誘導(dǎo)痰UⅡ含量分別為（58.88±47.38）pg/mL及（12.69±12.78）pg/mL，二者差異顯著（t=4.779，P lt;0.01）；急性發(fā)作期誘導(dǎo)痰UⅡ含量隨病情惡化而升高，但差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P gt;0.05）；男性與女性之間、吸煙與不吸煙之間誘導(dǎo)痰UⅡ含量差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P gt;0.05）；哮喘急性發(fā)作期誘導(dǎo)痰UⅡ含量與第1秒用力呼氣容積（FEV1）占預(yù)計值百分比呈負(fù)相關(guān)（r=-0.326，P lt;0.05），與誘導(dǎo)痰細(xì)胞總數(shù)和中性粒細(xì)胞百分比無明顯相關(guān)性（P gt;0.05）。結(jié)論   哮喘時氣道UⅡ分泌增加，UⅡ可能參與哮喘的發(fā)病。
