目的  探討血管緊張素轉(zhuǎn)換酶( ACE) 和ACE2 在煙霧吸入傷后大鼠肺、腎的表達(dá)變化和可能的作用機(jī)制。方法  30 只健康雄性SD 大鼠隨機(jī)分為正常對(duì)照組, 傷后1、4、10 和24 h 組, 每組各6 只。致傷組予以濃煙吸入30 min, 按組別不同在相應(yīng)時(shí)間點(diǎn)取其肺、腎組織, 分別進(jìn)行肺組織濕/ 干重測定、HE染色和ACE、ACE2 免疫組織化學(xué)檢測。結(jié)果  致傷組大鼠均表現(xiàn)出急性肺損傷癥狀, 肺濕/ 干重均顯著高于正常對(duì)照組( P  lt;0. 05 或P  lt;0. 01) 。ACE、ACE2 在正常肺、腎細(xì)胞膜上有表達(dá)。肺內(nèi)ACE 表達(dá)在致傷后立即升高; 而肺內(nèi)ACE2 在致傷后4 h 開始明顯升高。各組間腎組織ACE 及ACE2 表達(dá)無明顯差別。結(jié)論  肺組織ACE、ACE2 表達(dá)的不同變化在煙霧吸入傷的發(fā)生機(jī)制中可能有重要作用。
