目的  評(píng)價(jià)呼出氣一氧化氮( eNO) 檢測(cè)對(duì)哮喘診斷的有效性和準(zhǔn)確性 方法  采用計(jì)算機(jī)和手工檢索, 全面收集當(dāng)前研究eNO檢測(cè)用于哮喘診斷的文獻(xiàn), 并根據(jù)QUADAS 量表的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià), 用Meta-disc 軟件對(duì)可提取四格表數(shù)據(jù)的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行異質(zhì)性分析, 對(duì)敏感性( Sen) 、特異性( Spe) 、診斷試驗(yàn)比值比( DOR) 等結(jié)果進(jìn)行合并分析, 并繪制匯總受試者工作特征曲線( SROC) 。最后進(jìn)行敏感性分析。結(jié)果  共納入符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的文獻(xiàn)11 篇。質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)時(shí), 所納入的文獻(xiàn)在納入人群全部經(jīng)參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的確認(rèn)、使用相同的參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、待評(píng)價(jià)試驗(yàn)獨(dú)立于參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及所有的研究對(duì)象完成了研究這四方面較好地控制了偏倚。其次在疾病進(jìn)展性偏倚發(fā)生的可能性較小,參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)解釋可發(fā)生較大的偏倚。文獻(xiàn)的疾病譜、納入人群的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、報(bào)告質(zhì)量的描述較差。在統(tǒng)計(jì)分析時(shí), eNO檢測(cè)診斷哮喘的總的合并Sen、Spe 分別為0. 68、0. 79, DOR 為12. 73, SROC 的曲線下面積( SAUC) 為0. 8446。納入文獻(xiàn)穩(wěn)定性好。結(jié)論  匯總目前eNO 檢測(cè)診斷哮喘的研究顯示, eNO檢測(cè)對(duì)哮喘具有一定的診斷價(jià)值, 應(yīng)以更多高質(zhì)量的研究作進(jìn)一步的分析。
