目的  觀察穩(wěn)定期COPD 患者運(yùn)動(dòng)前后血漿氨基酸末端腦鈉素前體( NT-proBNP) 水平的變化, 探討其變化規(guī)律及臨床意義。方法  受試者為穩(wěn)定期COPD 患者19 例和健康對(duì)照組10 例。分別進(jìn)行遞增功率和恒功率心肺運(yùn)動(dòng)試驗(yàn), 在遞增功率運(yùn)動(dòng)前及運(yùn)動(dòng)高峰時(shí)抽取橈動(dòng)脈血進(jìn)行血?dú)夥治? 在恒功率運(yùn)動(dòng)前及運(yùn)動(dòng)終止即刻抽取肘靜脈血測定血漿中NT-proBNP 的濃度。結(jié)果  穩(wěn)定期COPD 患者在運(yùn)動(dòng)高峰時(shí)的攝氧量、心率、PaO2 及恒功率運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)間均明顯低于對(duì)照組; 穩(wěn)定期COPD患者和對(duì)照組運(yùn)動(dòng)前后血漿NT-proBNP 水平差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義[ ( 4803. 86 ±1027. 07) ng/L 和( 4572. 39 ±1243. 33) ng/L, P = 0. 542; ( 4303. 18 ±771. 74) ng/L 和( 4475. 71 ±1025. 50) ng/L, P =0. 676] ; 所有受試者血漿NT-proBNP 水平與各運(yùn)動(dòng)指標(biāo)均無顯著相關(guān)性。結(jié)論  運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)穩(wěn)定期COPD 患者血漿NT-proBNP 水平無明顯影響, 心功能障礙不是其運(yùn)動(dòng)受限的主要原因。
