目的  探討Livin 在非小細胞肺癌( NSCLC) 中的表達, 及與NSCLC 病理、生物學行為指標和預后的關系。方法  采用免疫組織化學法檢測87 例NSCLC 腫瘤組織和40 例肺良性組織中 Livin、Caspase-3 和Bcl-2 蛋白的表達情況, 將其表達與NSCLC 病理、生物學行為等指標進行相關分析。多因素COX 回歸生存分析探討Livin、Caspase-3 和Bcl-2 蛋白表達水平與預后的關系。結果  Livin 和Bcl-2 蛋白在肺癌組織中的表達明顯高于在肺良性病變組織中的表達( 72. 41% 比0. 0% ,74. 71% 比0. 0%, P = 0. 000) , Caspase-3 蛋白表達則明顯降低( 67. 82% 比87. 5% , P  lt; 0. 05) 。Livin、Caspase-3 和Bcl-2 表達主要位于胞漿, 未見核內表達。其表達與肺癌的組織細胞類型、分化程度、淋巴結轉移、TNM分期、腫瘤大小以及部位無明顯相關性。在NSCLC 中, Livin 蛋白表達與Caspase-3 和Bcl-2 蛋白表達有相關性( r1 = - 0. 260, P = 0. 015; r2 =0. 351, P =0. 001) 。Livin、Caspase-3 和Bcl-2 不是影響肺癌手術患者預后的獨立預后因素。結論  Livin 蛋白、Bcl-2 蛋白在肺癌組織中表達上調,Livin 的表達與Caspase-3、Bcl-2 蛋白的表達呈相關性, 三者在肺癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展中可能起協(xié)同作用。Livin、Bcl-2 和Caspase-3 蛋白表達與患者的預后無明顯關系。
