睡眠呼吸障礙（sleep breathing disorders，SDB）是一種常見病、多發(fā)病，其主要類型是阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停綜合征（OSAS），特點是夜間睡眠過程中上氣道完全或部分阻塞及呼吸中樞驅(qū)動降低導(dǎo)致呼吸暫停及低通氣，產(chǎn)生慢性間歇性低氧、反復(fù)微覺醒、睡眠結(jié)構(gòu)異常、自主神經(jīng)功能紊亂等。OSAS近年已公認是一種全身性疾病，它可引起或加重許多疾病,美國心臟協(xié)會/美國心臟病學(xué)基金會（AHA/ACCF）聯(lián)合發(fā)表了《睡眠呼吸暫停與心血管疾病的科學(xué)共識》。為了進一步認識兩者之間的關(guān)系，提升OSAS及相關(guān)疾病防控水平，中華醫(yī)學(xué)會呼吸病分會睡眠學(xué)組與心血管病學(xué)組就SDB與心血管疾病相關(guān)問題達成共識，為多學(xué)科聯(lián)合防治SDB提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)。
