目的 通過研究不同吸煙量對大鼠血清瘦素、脂聯(lián)素、IL-6 及C 反應(yīng)蛋白( CRP) 水平的影響, 探討瘦素和脂聯(lián)素等炎癥因子在吸煙所致COPD 全身炎癥反應(yīng)中的作用。方法 雄性Wistar 大鼠30 只, 隨機(jī)分為大量吸煙組, 小量吸煙組和對照組, 每組各10 只。大量吸煙組每次吸煙10 支, 每天吸煙2 次, 每周吸煙6 d, 共吸煙20 周; 小量吸煙組每次吸煙5 支, 吸煙時(shí)間同前。采用雙抗體夾心酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法( ABC-ELISA) 分別檢測血清瘦素、脂聯(lián)素、IL-6 及CRP 水平。結(jié)果 大量吸煙組和小量吸煙組血清瘦素和脂聯(lián)素水平均較對照組降低( P 均 lt;0. 05) , 大量吸煙組與小量吸煙組差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義( P gt;0. 05) 。大量吸煙組和小量吸煙組血清IL-6 和CRP 水平均較對照組升高( P 均 lt;0. 05) , 大量吸煙組較小量吸煙組水平高( P 均 lt;0. 05) 。結(jié)論 吸煙可使大鼠血清瘦素與脂聯(lián)素水平下降, IL-6 與CRP水平升高, 提示瘦素、脂聯(lián)素等炎癥因子可能參與吸煙所致COPD 的全身炎癥反應(yīng)。
