目的  探討支氣管哮喘患者血清中8-異前列腺素( 8-iso-PG) 水平檢測(cè)的臨床意義。方法  選取2009 年2 月至8 月就診于昆明醫(yī)學(xué)院第二附屬醫(yī)院呼吸內(nèi)科的18 例哮喘急性發(fā)作期患者為哮喘組, 經(jīng)治療后達(dá)緩解期。選取2009 年8 月來(lái)自昆明醫(yī)學(xué)院第二附屬醫(yī)院的職工體檢志愿者20 例為健康對(duì)照組。測(cè)定所有研究對(duì)象血清中8-iso-PG 水平及肺功能指標(biāo)FEV1% pred。結(jié)果  哮喘患者急性發(fā)作期血清中8-iso-PG 水平均高于緩解期和健康對(duì)照組[ ( 157. 46 ±46. 99) pg/mL 比( 43. 52 ±13. 62) pg/mL和( 15. 23 ±1. 96) pg/mL, P  lt;0. 01] , 緩解期哮喘患者血清中8-iso-PG 水平也高于健康對(duì)照組( P  lt;0. 01) 。哮喘患者急性發(fā)作期血清中8-iso-PG 水平與FEV1% pred 呈負(fù)相關(guān)( r =- 0. 533, P  lt;0. 05) 。結(jié)論  8-iso-PG 作為氧化應(yīng)激反應(yīng)的標(biāo)記物參與了哮喘的發(fā)病, 通過(guò)監(jiān)測(cè)其在哮喘患者血清中的水平可以反映哮喘患者體內(nèi)氧化應(yīng)激反應(yīng)狀態(tài), 可以作為一種評(píng)估哮喘患者病情嚴(yán)重程度及隨訪治療效果的指標(biāo)。
