血管加壓素(arginine vasopressin,AVP)與多種心血管疾病和腎臟疾病的發(fā)生相關(guān),目前主要用于治療嚴(yán)重的外周血管擴(kuò)張性休克,對于常規(guī)兒茶酚胺治療效果不佳的患者尤為有效。心血管外科術(shù)后部分患者體內(nèi)存在血管加壓素相對不足,給予外源性血管加壓素能夠降低心率、減少兒茶酚胺類的使用量和使用時間。早期應(yīng)用小劑量的血管加壓素可能有助于患者術(shù)后血流動力學(xué)的恢復(fù),而不會造成并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生。進(jìn)一步的隨機(jī)對照試驗(yàn),將為血管加壓素的合理使用和劑量、療程選擇提供依據(jù)。
