多年以來，主動(dòng)脈瓣和主動(dòng)脈根部置換術(shù)被認(rèn)為是主動(dòng)脈根部瘤的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)治療方法。隨著人們對(duì)主動(dòng)脈 瓣置換術(shù)后并發(fā)癥危害性認(rèn)識(shí)的增加，和對(duì)主動(dòng)脈瓣根部解剖及生理特點(diǎn)認(rèn)識(shí)的深入，保留主動(dòng)脈瓣主動(dòng)脈根部置換 技術(shù)有了較大發(fā)展。我們主要介紹主動(dòng)脈瓣關(guān)閉不全的病因和分類、主動(dòng)脈瓣保留技術(shù)及臨床結(jié)果。
