生活質量評估是從患者主觀感受角度評估患者病情,近半個世紀來,逐漸成為臨床評價治療效果的一項重要指標。生活質量評估量表眾多,SF-36健康調查簡表(the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey,SF-36)是目前應用最廣泛的量表。近年來,SF-36量表逐漸應用于探索影響心臟瓣膜病患者術后生活質量的危險因素,為臨床醫(yī)生提供了更多的術前評估方法,提高了手術治療效果。但目前SF-36用于評估心臟瓣膜病患者生活質量剛剛起步,受樣本量、隨訪時間、地域、文化等因素的影響,結論有一定分歧。為此,我們對目前用SF-36量表評估心臟瓣膜病患者術后生活質量的研究進展進行綜述,以更好地應用SF-36量表。
