【摘 要】 目的 總結髖關節(jié)保護器(hip protector,HP)的應用及研究現況,探討目前存在的問題及進一步研究方向。 方法 查閱國內外近年關于HP的文獻,進行分析總結。 結果 目前生物力學試驗研究顯示HP具有良好的防護摔倒所致髖關節(jié)骨折的效果,而在臨床應用中未顯示有確切的相關防護效果。 結論 HP生物力學試驗中防護效果較好可能與其采用較低沖擊能量有關;臨床應用中HP依從性差被認為是導致其防護效果差的最主要原因。
