【摘 要】 目的 總結(jié)自體顆粒脂肪移植技術(shù)在面部的研究與實(shí)踐,探討該技術(shù)在實(shí)際操作中的不同觀(guān)點(diǎn)。 方法 查閱近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)面部自體顆粒脂肪移植的文獻(xiàn),進(jìn)行綜合分析。 結(jié)果 自體顆粒脂肪移植技術(shù)已日趨成熟,應(yīng)用在面部不僅能調(diào)整面部輪廓比例、恢復(fù)組織容量,還能改善局部皮膚質(zhì)地,用于面部填充、面部年輕化等治療,可獲得良好臨床效果。目前在供區(qū)選擇、顆粒脂肪采集方法、純化處理技術(shù)等具體操作方面尚存在爭(zhēng)議,但所采取的自體顆粒脂肪移植技術(shù)的基本原則一致。 結(jié)論 從循證醫(yī)學(xué)角度來(lái)看,自體顆粒脂肪移植技術(shù)在面部應(yīng)用的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)很多,但是客觀(guān)證據(jù)不足,有待進(jìn)一步研究。
