  目的 探討關(guān)節(jié)鏡下采用double-needle縫線修復(fù)混合型半月板撕裂的療效。 方法2006年4月-2011年1月,關(guān)節(jié)鏡下采用double-needle縫線修復(fù)22例單膝混合型半月板撕裂。男14例,女8例;年齡18~41歲,平均31.3歲。均為運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷。受傷至入院時(shí)間為2 d~4年,中位時(shí)間11個(gè)月。膝關(guān)節(jié)功能根據(jù)國(guó)際膝關(guān)節(jié)文獻(xiàn)委員會(huì)(IKDC)評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為(42.5 ± 15.2)分, Lysholm評(píng)分為(45.5 ± 13.5)分,Tegner評(píng)分為(2.9 ± 1.6)分。17例合并前交叉韌帶損傷。 結(jié)果術(shù)后切口均Ⅰ期愈合,無(wú)神經(jīng)、血管損傷?;颊呔@隨訪,隨訪時(shí)間12~48個(gè)月,平均27.6個(gè)月。按照Barrett等的評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),19例半月板臨床愈合,臨床愈合率86%。末次隨訪時(shí),患者膝關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度均恢復(fù)正常,IKDC評(píng)分為(77.1 ± 8.9)分,Lysholm評(píng)分為(79.8 ± 9.9)分,Tegner評(píng)分為(6.8 ± 1.6)分,與術(shù)前比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P  lt; 0.05)。 結(jié)論關(guān)節(jié)鏡下使用double-needle縫線由內(nèi)向外修復(fù)混合型半月板撕裂固定牢固、療效肯定。
