目的綜述阿侖膦酸鈉(alendronate,ALN)對(duì)骨關(guān)節(jié)炎(osteoarthritis,OA)關(guān)節(jié)軟骨保護(hù)作用的研究進(jìn)展。 方法廣泛查閱近年國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并進(jìn)行綜合分析。 結(jié)果ALN能改善OA關(guān)節(jié)軟骨代謝微環(huán)境,抑制軟骨下骨骨重塑,對(duì)關(guān)節(jié)軟骨有潛在保護(hù)作用。 結(jié)論ALN有望成為一種OA疾病改善藥物,但OA治療尚缺乏統(tǒng)一的基礎(chǔ)與臨床評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),制定統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并獲取臨床數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)ALN的開(kāi)發(fā)和應(yīng)用有指導(dǎo)性意義。
