目的探討關節(jié)鏡下治療膝關節(jié)外側盤狀半月板損傷的方法及近期療效。 方法2010年1月－2011年5月，收治38例（42膝）外側盤狀半月板損傷患者。男23例（24膝），女15例（18膝）；年齡7～62歲，中位年齡32.8歲。病程7 d～40年，中位病程8.6個月。根據(jù)Watanabe盤狀半月板分型標準，完全型22膝，不完全型19膝，Wrisberg型1膝。于關節(jié)鏡下行半月板成形聯(lián)合縫合術25例（28膝），半月板次全切除術12例（13膝），半月板全切除術1例（1膝）。術后早期開始肌力訓練和關節(jié)活動練習。 結果術后切口均Ⅰ期愈合?；颊?～4周基本恢復正?；顒?。38例均獲隨訪，隨訪時間12～18個月，平均14.3個月。無關節(jié)交鎖及彈響癥狀；未出現(xiàn)再撕裂或因癥狀復發(fā)再手術的患者。術后3、6個月及1年膝關節(jié)屈曲及伸直活動范圍均較術前顯著改善（P  lt; 0.05）；術后1年手術療效按照Ikeuchi的評價方法，獲優(yōu)22膝，良16膝，可4膝，優(yōu)良率為90.4%。術前及術后即刻、3、6個月、1年的Lysholm評分分別為（69.38 ± 4.59）、（88.57 ± 2.95）、（91.02 ± 4.17）、（92.90 ± 3.36）、（94.74 ± 3.52）分，術后各時間點評分均較術前顯著改善（P  lt; 0.05）。 結論關節(jié)鏡下治療外側盤狀半月板損傷創(chuàng)傷小，能夠精確切除或縫合失穩(wěn)及破裂的半月板，最大限度保留半月板功能，延緩膝關節(jié)退變，術后配合正規(guī)康復訓練可獲得良好近期療效。
