【摘 要】 目的 總結(jié)肌腱移植修復(fù)插秧致中、環(huán)指伸肌腱自發(fā)性斷裂的早期療效。 方法 2006 年4 月－ 2009
年4 月，采用肌腱移植修復(fù)21 例（28 指）插秧后發(fā)生中、環(huán)指伸肌腱自發(fā)性斷裂。男5 例，女16 例；年齡35 ～ 44 歲，平
均42 歲。均因單側(cè)中指和（或）環(huán)指不能伸直2 ～ 19 d 就診，平均5.3 d。其中中指9 例，環(huán)指5 例，中、環(huán)指7 例。 結(jié)
果 術(shù)后患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合。除1 例2 指肌腱粘連嚴(yán)重影響關(guān)節(jié)功能外，其余患者經(jīng)積極鍛煉，關(guān)節(jié)功能均恢復(fù)良好。
20 例患者27 指獲6 個(gè)月隨訪，1 例1 指失訪。術(shù)后6 個(gè)月隨訪，采用總主動(dòng)活動(dòng)度（TAM）系統(tǒng)評(píng)定手指功能：獲優(yōu)12 指，
良13 指，可2 指，優(yōu)良率達(dá)92.6%。 結(jié)論 采取肌腱移植修復(fù)中、環(huán)指伸肌腱自發(fā)性斷裂，術(shù)后手指關(guān)節(jié)功能恢復(fù)較好。
