【摘 要】 目的  綜述足外側(cè)柱延長(zhǎng)術(shù)(lateral column lengthening,LCL)的基礎(chǔ)及臨床研究進(jìn)展。 方法  廣泛查閱近年國(guó)內(nèi)外LCL相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析。 結(jié)果  LCL作為治療平足畸形的重要手術(shù)方式之一,包括兩種術(shù)式——跟骨遠(yuǎn)端截骨延長(zhǎng)術(shù)和跟骰關(guān)節(jié)撐開(kāi)融合術(shù),目前在治療平足畸形時(shí)具體術(shù)式選擇尚存在爭(zhēng)議。 結(jié)論  LCL臨床廣泛用于治療平足畸形,但需要生物力學(xué)試驗(yàn)和大樣本臨床隨訪結(jié)果進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證療效。
