目的 總結(jié)關(guān)節(jié)鏡下治療髖關(guān)節(jié)滑膜軟骨瘤的方法及臨床療效。 方法2009年7月－2011年6月，對(duì)15例髖關(guān)節(jié)滑膜軟骨瘤于關(guān)節(jié)鏡下行滑膜清理和游離體摘除術(shù)。男11例，女4例；年齡21～45歲，平均33.1歲。左髖6例，右髖9例。病程12～43個(gè)月，平均23個(gè)月。主要臨床癥狀為患側(cè)髖關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)受限、脹痛。疼痛視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分（VAS）為（5.8 ± 1.1）分，髖關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度為（149.8 ± 27.5）°，Harris評(píng)分為（54.5 ± 13.3）分。 結(jié)果術(shù)后切口均Ⅰ期愈合?；颊呔@隨訪，隨訪時(shí)間6個(gè)月～2年，平均17.4個(gè)月。末次隨訪時(shí)VAS評(píng)分為（2.0 ± 1.2）分，髖關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度為（258.3 ± 35.4）°，Harris評(píng)分為（93.0 ± 18.7）分，以上指標(biāo)均較術(shù)前顯著改善，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P lt; 0.05）。隨訪期間MRI檢查示均無(wú)復(fù)發(fā)。 結(jié)論關(guān)節(jié)鏡下治療髖關(guān)節(jié)滑膜軟骨瘤創(chuàng)傷小，術(shù)后恢復(fù)快，可最大程度恢復(fù)髖關(guān)節(jié)功能和活動(dòng)度。
