目的 　系統(tǒng)評價阿苯達(dá)唑治療肝細(xì)粒棘球蚴?。℉CE）的療效。
方法 　通過計算機(jī)檢索和手工檢索，全面收集阿苯達(dá)唑治療HCE的隨機(jī)和半隨機(jī)對照試驗(yàn)，按Cochrane協(xié)作網(wǎng)推薦的方法進(jìn)行分析。
結(jié)果 　僅2個試驗(yàn)符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，其方法學(xué)質(zhì)量評價均為“B”級。1個研究比較了阿苯達(dá)唑與甲苯達(dá)唑治療HCE的療效，結(jié)果顯示其包囊數(shù)和病例數(shù)的有效率，兩組差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義［RR 1.19，95%CI（0.97，1.46）；RR 1.35，95%CI（0.91，2.00）］。另一個研究比較了阿苯達(dá)唑聯(lián)合手術(shù)與單純手術(shù)治療HCE的療效，結(jié)果顯示，阿苯達(dá)唑治療1月再手術(shù)與直接手術(shù)療效比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義［RR 1.63，95%CI（0.90，2.93）］，阿苯達(dá)唑治療3月再手術(shù)與直接手術(shù)療效比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義[RR 1.89，95%CI（1.09，3.29）］。
結(jié)論 　① 阿苯達(dá)唑與甲苯達(dá)唑治療HCE的療效相似；② 阿苯達(dá)唑聯(lián)合手術(shù)治療與單純手術(shù)治療相比，阿苯達(dá)唑治療療程應(yīng)足夠長（3個月）才會顯示出聯(lián)合治療的優(yōu)越性。但由于本系統(tǒng)評價納入試驗(yàn)數(shù)和病例數(shù)較少，測量指標(biāo)不全面，因此會影響到上述結(jié)論的強(qiáng)度。要確定阿苯達(dá)唑治療HCE的效果，尚需開展更多高質(zhì)量試驗(yàn)。
