目的 　了解乳腺癌患者相關(guān)癥狀的發(fā)生情況及其對(duì)生活質(zhì)量的影響。
方法 　橫斷面調(diào)查設(shè)計(jì)，以記憶癥狀評(píng)估量表和生活質(zhì)量調(diào)查問卷（第3版）對(duì)四川大學(xué)華西醫(yī)院等3所醫(yī)院的200例乳腺癌患者進(jìn)行面對(duì)面的問卷調(diào)查。
結(jié)果 　乳腺癌各種癥狀中發(fā)生率居前五位的有缺乏活力、脫發(fā)、精神緊張、出汗和焦慮不安；出現(xiàn)頻率高居前五位的癥狀是缺乏活力、睡眠不好、口干、沒有食欲和出汗；嚴(yán)重程度居前五位的癥狀是脫發(fā)、缺乏活力、睡眠不好、精神緊張和進(jìn)食口味改變；對(duì)患者造成困擾程度居前五位的癥狀是脫發(fā)、感到“我看起來不像自己”、睡眠不好、沒有食欲和缺乏活力；對(duì)乳腺癌患者整體生活質(zhì)量的影響從大到小依次為缺乏活力、焦慮不安、疼痛、睡眠不好、便秘、急躁易怒、口干、出汗、手腳感到麻木或刺痛、皮膚改變、腹瀉、惡心、沒有食欲、氣緊或呼吸困難，確定系數(shù)R2=0.790。
結(jié)論 　乳腺癌患者最突出的癥狀是缺乏活力；脫發(fā)是使患者感到最困擾的問題；其他值得注意的癥狀有：感到“我看起來不像自己”，睡眠不好，沒有食欲。對(duì)患者整體生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分產(chǎn)生影響的癥狀有14項(xiàng)，它們可以共同解釋乳腺癌患者整體生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分總變異的79.0%。
