各國都有自己的臨床指南,用于規(guī)范醫(yī)療行為,中國亦在建立自已的臨床指南.然而,從全世界多年的臨床指南使用情況看,并未達(dá)到應(yīng)有的指導(dǎo)效果.循證醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展,給指南的制定帶來了根本性的轉(zhuǎn)變,以證據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)建立循證臨床指南已在世界迅速興起.作者根據(jù)蘇格蘭制定國家循證指南的經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)循證指南的建立原則進(jìn)行了探討,以供國內(nèi)同事參考.
