目的 觀察感應(yīng)性音樂聆聽＋選擇性5-羥色胺再攝取抑制劑（SSRIs）治療對(duì)中、重度燒傷患者情緒及創(chuàng)面愈合的影響.
方法 將燒傷專科的熱力燒傷住院患者,于燒傷后3天內(nèi)按焦慮、抑郁情緒分值評(píng)分,選擇有焦慮、抑郁情緒者隨機(jī)分配為試驗(yàn)組（28例）及對(duì)照組（27例）.試驗(yàn)組采用感應(yīng)性音樂聆聽＋SSRIs,對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)燒傷治療,治療30天.觀察兩組治療前后焦慮、抑郁分值及創(chuàng)面愈合情況.
結(jié)果 試驗(yàn)組治療前后抑郁、焦慮情緒分值差分別為13.7±6.43和 6.43±2.72,對(duì)照組抑郁、焦慮情緒差值分別為4.74±6.75, 4.44±3.36.兩組比較其差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P〈0.05）.與對(duì)照組比較,試驗(yàn)組創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間縮短（P〈0.05）.燒傷指數(shù)與焦慮情緒及抑郁情緒之間呈正相關(guān)（P〈0.05）.
結(jié)論 焦慮、抑郁情緒與燒傷指數(shù)密切相關(guān),感應(yīng)性音樂聆聽＋SSRIs治療能改善焦慮抑郁情緒,同時(shí)能縮短燒傷后創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間.
