中醫(yī)藥現(xiàn)代化與國際化是我們面臨的重大課題.中醫(yī)藥臨床研究必須依賴方法學(xué)的突破和思路的創(chuàng)新,重視以國際評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行科研設(shè)計(jì)的評價(jià)方法并在實(shí)踐中規(guī)范應(yīng)用.對中醫(yī)類期刊及其所載臨床研究文獻(xiàn)的質(zhì)量評價(jià)結(jié)果顯示,我國中醫(yī)類期刊隨機(jī)對照試驗(yàn)文獻(xiàn)不超過30%,所載臨床研究文獻(xiàn)的Jadad評分低于3分.但是,隨著循證醫(yī)學(xué)的引入與推廣,中醫(yī)臨床研究質(zhì)量在不斷提高.近年來,我國有關(guān)中醫(yī)藥防治疾病的系統(tǒng)評價(jià)數(shù)量快速增長,截至2004年已達(dá)43個(gè),且納入文獻(xiàn)質(zhì)量及系統(tǒng)評價(jià)質(zhì)量均有提高.一些系統(tǒng)評價(jià)已初步顯示出中醫(yī)藥在疾病防治的有效性和安全性方面具有一定優(yōu)勢.隨著循證醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展,中醫(yī)藥界已逐漸意識到如何運(yùn)用國際科研設(shè)計(jì)和評價(jià)方法以提高中醫(yī)藥臨床研究質(zhì)量是中醫(yī)藥現(xiàn)代化的關(guān)鍵.
