目的 證明復方藏藥達堆治療肝硬化的療效.
方法 對確診肝硬化的100例病人,采用復方藏藥達堆與西藥肝肽樂、促肝細胞生長素進行對照治療,治療組50例(口服復方藏藥達堆2克,一日三次),對照組50例(口服肝肽樂與靜滴促肝細胞生長素)臨床觀察.
結果 治療組治愈35例,占70%,好轉10例,占20%,未愈5例,占10%,總有效率90%;對照組,治愈15例,占30%,好轉15例,占30%,未愈20例,占40%,總有效率60%,P＜0.01.
