目的 調查分析HIV感染者/AIDS病人及其家屬的生活質量及其相關因素,為建立HIV感染者/AIDS病人社區(qū)綜合關懷支持模式、改善HIV感染者/AIDS病人及其家屬的生活質量提供依據.
方法 選擇四川省HIV感染率和AIDS患病率較高的兩個縣(資中縣和涼山州昭覺縣)作為目標社區(qū),共計調查71名HIV感染者/AIDS病人及其162名家屬和97名健康者,采用生活質量綜合評定問卷(GQOLI-74)、社會支持評定量表(SSS)及自制的一般情況記錄表收集相關資料,用SPSS統計軟件進行統計分析.
結果 HIV感染者/AIDS病人及其家屬的GQOLI-74總分及軀體功能、心理功能、社會功能和物質生活狀態(tài)4個維度分均低于正常對照(分別為F=36.512、F=11.046、F=31.616、F=34.235、F=2.386,P值均＜0.01),HIV感染者/AIDS病人及其家屬生活質量總分與疾病狀況、社會支持存在明顯相關性.
結論 HIV感染者/AIDS病人及其家屬的生活質量均較低,這與疾病狀況、社會支持等因素有關.
