目的 了解目前葛根素治療缺血性腦卒中臨床研究的現(xiàn)狀及能否為臨床實(shí)踐提供可靠的依據(jù).
方法 通過機(jī)檢和手檢全面收集全世界范圍內(nèi)發(fā)表的有關(guān)葛根素治療缺血性腦卒中的研究文章,并按臨床流行病學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)納入的文章進(jìn)行分析.
結(jié)果 納入隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)(RCT)35篇,有對(duì)照未隨機(jī)分組的試驗(yàn)22篇,無對(duì)照的系列病例觀察17篇.有全國性診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)占74.3%,納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)占9.5%,僅4篇為半隨機(jī)分配,余未描述隨機(jī)方案.1篇雙盲,2篇單盲,隨訪期均不超過30天.
結(jié)論 葛根素治療缺血性腦卒中的臨床研究的質(zhì)量低,還不能滿足臨床實(shí)踐的需要.
