目的 探討直腸癌低位、超低位前切除并行橫結(jié)腸預(yù)防性造口術(shù)后其并發(fā)癥的護(hù)理對策。 方法 對2011年12月－2012年5月收治的43例低位直腸癌行預(yù)防性橫結(jié)腸造口患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析，并就其發(fā)生并發(fā)癥的原因及護(hù)理方法予以總結(jié)。 結(jié)果 43例患者均在直腸癌前切除術(shù)后行預(yù)防性橫結(jié)腸袢式造口術(shù)。術(shù)后拔管時間2～5 d，造口排氣時間19～73 h，均未出現(xiàn)吻合口瘺，但發(fā)生造口脫垂1例，造口回縮1例，造口周圍皮膚疾病2例，經(jīng)積極治療護(hù)理后均痊愈出院。 結(jié)論 術(shù)后精心護(hù)理對降低橫結(jié)腸造口術(shù)后并發(fā)癥，提高患者生活質(zhì)量，改善預(yù)后十分重要。
