將肝動脈內(nèi)的血流引入到門靜脈系統(tǒng)內(nèi),即門靜脈動脈化技術(shù),已經(jīng)在肝門部膽管癌根治術(shù)中得到廣泛應(yīng)用,但其應(yīng)用仍存在爭議?,F(xiàn)復(fù)習(xí)近年來國內(nèi)、外有關(guān)門靜脈動脈化在治療肝門部膽管癌的文獻(xiàn)并進(jìn)行綜述,從而探討門靜脈動脈化在肝門部膽管癌根治術(shù)中使用的利弊,以更好地指導(dǎo)臨床工作。
