結(jié)腸造口患者因其存在營養(yǎng)不良風(fēng)險(xiǎn)而導(dǎo)致機(jī)體愈合減慢等特點(diǎn)受到臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員的高度重視，如何能夠快速了解結(jié)腸造口患者的營養(yǎng)狀況，已成為臨床研究的重要課題。為了幫助醫(yī)護(hù)人員有效地了解及選擇相關(guān)營養(yǎng)篩查工具，我們在廣泛查閱文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上，就國內(nèi)外目前營養(yǎng)篩查工具的研究進(jìn)展及優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行比較與分析，以期為臨床工作者提供參考依據(jù)。
