目的  探討聚乙二醇滴眼液對(duì)準(zhǔn)分子激光上皮下角膜磨鑲術(shù)(LASEK)后角膜霧狀混濁(haze)影響的臨床研究。 方法  回顧性分析2009年3月-2010年3月行LASEK的患者45例90只眼的臨床資料?;颊咔舛龋?4.68 ± 2.30)D(?1.75~?6.50 D),隨機(jī)分為聚乙二醇滴眼液組(試驗(yàn)組)和對(duì)照組,術(shù)后定期隨訪觀察兩組角膜haze形成、角膜上皮愈合時(shí)間、視力恢復(fù)情況及屈光度。 結(jié)果  術(shù)后1、3、6個(gè)月,兩組haze形成差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),試驗(yàn)組術(shù)后第1、3、5天角膜刺激癥狀明顯輕于對(duì)照組(P<0.05),上皮愈合速度較對(duì)照組更快(P<0.05)。 結(jié)論  LASEK術(shù)后應(yīng)用聚乙二醇滴眼液雖然能減輕術(shù)后患者角膜刺激癥狀,能促進(jìn)角膜上皮更快愈合,但是不能減輕haze的形成。
