卡培他濱是結(jié)直腸癌化學(xué)治療(化療)方面較好的藥物,在安全性和有效性等方面都顯示了一定程度的優(yōu)越性。其單用效果較好,使用后不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率低,有希望取代氟尿嘧啶;與奧沙利鉑聯(lián)用有較為滿意的療效,但其與伊立替康聯(lián)用效果有待進(jìn)一步研究。由于患者的個(gè)體差異,具體化療方案的選擇應(yīng)根據(jù)患者情況而定。現(xiàn)對(duì)卡培他濱在結(jié)直腸癌化療中單用與聯(lián)用的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀作一綜述,以指導(dǎo)結(jié)直腸癌化療方案的選擇。
