• 湛江市中心人民醫(yī)院泌尿外科 (廣東湛江 ，524037);

目的 　提高睪丸內(nèi)胚竇瘤的診治水平。 方法 　對2010年8月和2011年9月分別收治的2例睪丸內(nèi)胚竇瘤診治資料進行分析并結(jié)合文獻復(fù)習(xí)。 結(jié)果 　2例均行患側(cè)睪丸腫瘤根治性切除術(shù)，術(shù)后分別隨訪3個月和1年，無局部復(fù)發(fā)及處轉(zhuǎn)移。 結(jié)論 　甲胎蛋白結(jié)合影像學(xué)檢查可提高睪丸內(nèi)胚竇瘤的診斷率；根治術(shù)結(jié)合放射治療、化學(xué)治療能提高治愈率；甲胎蛋白可作為觀察療效的指標(biāo)。
