目的 　總結(jié)1例食管癌術(shù)后機(jī)械通氣患者的撤機(jī)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和體會(huì)。 方法 　對2011年8月8日收入ICU的1例食管癌術(shù)后機(jī)械通氣患者予以抗感染、營養(yǎng)支持、有創(chuàng)無創(chuàng)序貫通氣、肺康復(fù)等支持治療的資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析。 結(jié)果 　經(jīng)治療，該患者成功撤離機(jī)械通氣，病情逐漸穩(wěn)定，從經(jīng)面罩吸氧逐漸過渡到鼻導(dǎo)管吸氧，轉(zhuǎn)出ICU。 結(jié)論 　對食管癌手術(shù)后撤機(jī)困難的患者，不僅要防治術(shù)后肺部并發(fā)癥，還應(yīng)關(guān)注手術(shù)方式對肺功能的影響，有創(chuàng)無創(chuàng)序貫通氣撤機(jī)策略和早期肺康復(fù)治療對提高撤機(jī)成功率和促進(jìn)肺功能的恢復(fù)具有重要意義。
