目的 　探討腱鞘巨細胞瘤（GCTTS）的MRI表現(xiàn)特點。 方法　 收集2008年12月－2010年8月9例經(jīng)手術(shù)病理組織證實的GCTTS患者MRI影像進行回顧性分析。所有患者均行MRI平掃，2例行增強掃描。 結(jié)果 　9例GCTTS患者中，病變位于膝關(guān)節(jié)6例，踝關(guān)節(jié)1例，腕關(guān)節(jié)1例，足背1例；4例局限型，5例彌漫型。T1加權(quán)像6例與骨骼肌信號相近，1例稍高于骨骼肌，2例相對于骨骼肌呈等低信號；T2加權(quán)像5例稍高于骨骼肌信號，2例相對于骨骼肌呈等高混雜信號，2例呈高低混雜信號；2例增強后病灶明顯不均勻強化；關(guān)節(jié)積液2例，骨質(zhì)受侵犯2例。 結(jié)論 　MRI對GCTTS有特征性表現(xiàn)，并敏感顯示關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)外組織結(jié)構(gòu)的侵犯程度及范圍，MRI是診斷GCTTS的理想檢查方法。
