目的 探討鮑曼不動桿菌感染的臨床分布及藥敏情況。 方法 對2009年1月－2011年12月的微生物送檢標本進行統(tǒng)計分析，鮑曼不動桿菌2009年培養(yǎng)出19株，2010年29株（多重耐藥菌株1株），2011年35株（多重耐藥菌株2株），并對其分布的標本類型、科室及耐藥情況進行分析。 結果 鮑曼不動桿菌在痰中檢出率最高；科室分布依次為重癥監(jiān)護室（ICU）、神經(jīng)外科、呼吸科；該菌對亞胺培南敏感性最高，對青霉素和頭孢類抗生素耐藥率均在55%以上。 結論 鮑曼不動桿菌感染患者的經(jīng)驗性抗生素治療應根據(jù)其地區(qū)、醫(yī)院最新的院內(nèi)感染病原體分布及耐藥性，合理選擇抗生素；病情、高齡、免疫抑制劑、機械通氣、多種侵入性操作及抗生素的使用為鮑曼不動桿菌醫(yī)院感染危險因素；ICU存在多重耐藥鮑曼不動桿菌的感染，應加以控制。
