目的 急救隊(duì)員在接到呼吸心跳驟停的求救電話后，在趕往現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的途中給予目擊人電話指導(dǎo)如何立即心肺復(fù)蘇搶救，分析其對(duì)急救效果的影響。 方法 回顧性分析2008年12月－2010年12月，經(jīng)120呼救的呼吸心跳驟?；颊?08例，按目擊者是否接受電話指導(dǎo)分為未指導(dǎo)組（n=61）和指導(dǎo)組（n=47），觀察兩組在復(fù)蘇成功率及出院（患者）存活率等方面的差異。 結(jié)果 指導(dǎo)組47例患者中，呼吸心跳恢復(fù)12例，復(fù)蘇成功率25.5%，其中7例存活，5例未留任何后遺癥；而未指導(dǎo)組61例中，呼吸心跳恢復(fù)4例，成功率6.6%，1例植物狀態(tài)出院；兩組在復(fù)蘇成功率及出院存活率上有明顯差異，且是否參加過(guò)心肺復(fù)蘇術(shù)培訓(xùn)也有差異。 結(jié)論 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)第一目擊者在等待專業(yè)救護(hù)人員到來(lái)之前，接受電話指導(dǎo)后，能完成初級(jí)生命支持，為后續(xù)復(fù)蘇贏得寶貴時(shí)間，大大提高了復(fù)蘇成功率。
