目的 進(jìn)一步探討更年期咽異感癥的發(fā)病機(jī)制，為正確的診治該疾病提供新的思考。 方法 試驗(yàn)組納入2011年1月－2012年2月女性更年期咽異感癥患者24例，年齡41～51歲；對(duì)照組納入咽痛為主要表現(xiàn)的急慢性咽炎患者24例，年齡18～44歲。運(yùn)用低濃度丁卡因溶液及氯霉素溶液噴霧咽腔，觀察更年期咽異感癥患者與急慢性咽炎患者用藥后的治療反應(yīng)。 結(jié)果 更年期咽異感癥患者使用丁卡因后，咽部異物感癥狀普遍加重，而急慢性咽炎患者咽痛癥狀則有減輕，組間構(gòu)成比差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（χ2=25.552，P＜0.05）；氯霉素溶液噴霧后，兩組患者差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（χ2=0.520，P＞0.05）。 結(jié)論 局部炎癥并非更年期咽異感癥的真實(shí)原因，更年期感覺神經(jīng)功能的快速退行性變所引起的感覺不適應(yīng)，即咽部感覺神經(jīng)功能的下降，可能是咽異感癥的最本質(zhì)原因，針對(duì)神經(jīng)功能退行性變的處理，才是更年期咽異感癥的最佳治療方案。
